Outburst in court as $10M bail set for suspect in girl's slaying

Bail was set at $10 million today during an emotional hearing for a Northwest Side man accused in the death of a 3-year-old girl in southwest suburban Oak Forest. After Judge James Brown set bail for Jessie Rodriguez, a man sitting in the courtroom stood up and started yelling: "There should be no bail!"
